About This Course
Learning Objectives
At the end of the course, students would be able to explain what chemical engineers do, to know that chemical engineering is a broad and versatile discipline involved in designing and producing a vast array of Products.
The course will prepare them for the challenges of today and tomorrow by presenting unto them a step by step approach to the skills needed to solve chemical engineering problems, including quantitative problem topics, material balances, carefully tailored to a level appropriate for beginners, fundamentals of chemical reaction engineering which will introduce them to reacting and non-reacting systems, and using what they have learnt to make engineering decisions.
